Official document

Is linked to a serial, batch and shipment, and requires a verified electronic signature and approved stamp according to destination and competent-authority requirements.

Issued only after signature and stamp

When to use each type

  1. For browsing and product education: use catalogs, specifications and sample cards with the reference stamp.
  2. For contracting, clearance or proof: request a batch- and shipment-linked copy that is officially signed and stamped.
  3. Check the serial and fingerprint on the verification page; never rely on the reference stamp alone.
